IRange designed and developed a solution that automates the entire operation in Pharos University in Alexandria starting from applicant’s admission to graduation and alumni. IRange provided  a custom software for the outpatients dental clinics in Pharos University in Alexandria, which automates the work flow of the educational dental clinics starting from patient registration passing by treatment plan and student evaluation and ending up by closing patient’s case. This software integrates with other university’s systems such as student affairs, accounting and Human Resources.

Library Management System

IRange provided a Library Management System for Pharos University in Alexandria that covers all aspects of automated library including media management, location management, bar code, MARC standard records, integrating with Congress Library via Z39.50 protocol, automatic and manual inventory.

IRange designed and developed an Accounting System for Pharos University in Alexandria which is a fully integrated system having all the Accounting department required functions to manage General Accounting and Cash Flow Management.

The accounting system is designed to follow the accounting standards in creating the chart of accounts, journal entries, bank accounts and cheques. Powered by a strong workflow engine that smoothly circulates the document flow process according to pre-defined roles and responsibilities.

Inventory & Purchasing System

IRange designed and developed an Inventory System for Pharos University in Alexandria which automates the purchasing process starting from issuing the purchase request and performing all consequent tasks until receiving the purchased items from suppliers and adding them to inventory. The system goes through the inventory cycle by automating the process of adding items to stores and performs various operations like dispensing items to sub-stores and transferring items from one store to another.

The system provides a strong reporting to keep track of every single operation which occurs in the cycle and to manage stocks, item cards, inventory, etc...

Resource Allocation System

IRange designed and developed a resource allocation tool for Pharos University in Alexandria to manage the internal resources of the university like lecture rooms, timetables, usage and assets.
This software integrates with other university’s systems such as student affairs and accounting.

E-Learning System

IRange provided an e-learning system for Riada Language School that integrates with RLS website and RLS student affairs system. The e-learning solution allows students, parents and teachers to interact together; each by using his/her own user profile. The system includes the main e-learning functionalities like course materials management, assignment submission and tracking, student absence, parent’s follow-up and 3-way communication through online/offline messages.

Ragab Charity Association

IRange designed and developed a system to manage the charity association owned by Ragab group. The system organizes the entries of beneficial and the types of aid assigned to each of them, the system also generates powerful reports that help the association manage and control the cash flow and cheques and follow-up the status of beneficial.
